Movement Restoration is a 4 week program that gives you the tools to look after your body for the rest of your life.


For an hour each week, we work with you one on one to teach you our brain training system.

You then go away and practice the simple pain free drills for 15 minutes a day and before you know it, you will have less pain and you will feel more mobile and flexible.

The reason you will feel better so quickly is because your brain controls how tight your muscles are and if you experience pain.

So by targeting your brain, you can quickly become pain free, even if you have tried other treatments without lasting results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. I have tried every type of therapy you can think of. Will this program be able to help?

Most likely yes. Most of the people we see have already tried multiple types of therapy before they come to see us. Despite this we have a very high success rate at helping people to become pain free.

Q. Will i have to spend hours stretching?

Not at all, we find most people get amazing results with 15-20 minutes of effort per day. The drills only actually take a few seconds each, it's very different from the stretching you might have done in yoga.

Q. Are you covered by extended medical?

Sadly we are not covered by medical. That being said, most people that come to see us have already tired treatments covered by medical without success. Then they end up paying out of pockets for more treatments that don't work. And oddly enough one of the comments we often get is how much money people save by coming here.

Q. My pain is caused by arthritis, so there is nothing you can do for that. Right?

Actually no, we can probably still help. There are millions of people that have arthritis that enjoy pain free lives. We can most likely help you even if you have arthritis.
